Welcome to Grace Academy,

 

Each candidate must follow the admission process. After which, we will inform, via email, if the student has been accepted into our academy. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

 

Application Process

 

1. Complete the online application by accessing the admissions portal here. 

2. Schedule an interview in the admissions portal. Both the student and parent(s) will be required to complete the interview. Be sure, if your interview is virtual, to upload the list of documents below, minus the immunization record. 

3. After the interview, if the student is accepted, an email will be sent to the parent and student (if applicable). An enrollment deposit of $200.00 will be required (instructions included in the email) to hold the space of the student.

Age Requirements 

 

Elementary and Secondary, and Preschool (If Available): 

• Pre-K - Four years old on or before September 31 of the school year.

• Kinder - Five years old on or before September 31 of the school year. 

• First Grade - Six years old on or before September 31 of the school year. 

 

Enrollment Documents Required

The following documents should be brought to your interview:

• Transcript or cumulative record

• Special Recommendations, PEI and/or Psychological Evaluation (if applicable)

• Birth Certificate (original and copy)

• Social Security Card (original)

• Certificate of Immunization PVAC-3 (or affidavit) 

• Copy of a parent or guardian identification (license, passport, etc.)
